Are The Dog Beds Machine Washable?

Yes, most of our dog beds are machine washable. However, never use warm water to wash the beds. This may loosen the fibers and foam. A gentle wash is recommended. 

You must not squeeze out the extra water. This would distort the shape. You can use a dryer or hang it to dry it naturally. Note that different dog beds may have other maintenance criteria. Do read the cleaning instructions in the manual before washing. 

Is There Any Return Policy?

Yes, you can return the product within 14 days of the purchase but it has to be unused. If the size, color, and material don’t meet your expectation, contact us and return it unused. Contact our customer service before returning so that we can offer the best solution to you. 

Can I Initiate A Refund? 

You may return the dog bed and initiate a refund within 14 days of the purchase. We only accept requests made on genuine grounds. The product has to be intact and unused. The return cost would be your responsibility and we would need the receipt and other documents to initiate a refund.
